To activate the Apple ID so you have access to iCal, you will need to sign in (using the new apple ID email address) on an Apple product such as an iPhone or iPad.
You can then activate the iCalendar on a Web Browser and use it like normal going forward.
Adding Details into LastPass
You can add clients log in details, payment cards, bank accounts, addresses and notes into the vault, we mainly use the vault to store log in details and payment details- To add in the following please see below:
When adding in a password the easiest way to do it would be:
– Make sure your last pass is ON and LOGGED IN (the chrome button should be red)
– Launch the browser you are adding the password for and log in as normal
– When logging in Last Pass will appear and ask you to add password to vault, you select yes.
– If you haven’t already selected the correct folder you can go into your last pass and you will see your saved logins appear on the âall items pageâ
– Simply select the screwdriver and the profile will appear, then select the drop down menu under âFolderâ and file
The manual way to add the password is through the Last Pass website
– Select the red circle in the bottom right hand corner with the â+â
– Select âPasswordâ then manually input the details (Name: is what website the password is for)
The manual way to add passwords is the same when adding all other details i.e payment details
Log into your Clockify account
1. Click on âReportsâ
2. Use the filters to select the client you would like to check
3. Click âApply Filterâ
4. This will display the hours you have worked. You can use the filters to check the monthly, weekly, daily time reports.
COMPANY POLICY – all time must be recorded in real time capturing the hours, minutes and seconds. We understand this isnât always possible but this should be the goal with a couple of exceptions.
We need the time to be correct at the end of each day. Thatâs because clients will often ask for an update and reports are filed at the start of each week.
How to set up a Google profile
1. Open Google Chrome:
2. Launch the Google Chrome browser on your computer.
3. Access Profile Menu:
4. Click on the profile icon or circle located at the top right corner of the Chrome window (next to the three-dot menu).
5. Hover over your name:
6. Add New profile:
7. Click on the “Add New Profile” button.
8. Select your options:
9. A new window will appear prompting you to “Sign in” or âcontinue without an accountâ
10. Depending if you have an email account, sign in with the email account the client has provided you with, or click on âcontinue without an accountâ
11. Choose an icon for the profile by clicking on one of the available options.
12. (Optional) Check the box next to “Create a desktop shortcut for this user” if you want easy access to this profile from your desktop.

14. Click on the “Add” button to create the new profile.
15. Customize Profile (Optional):
16. After signing in, you can further customize your profile settings by clicking on the three-dot menu (top right), then selecting “Settings.” Here you can adjust various preferences such as themes, extensions, and privacy settings.

Clockify is our time tracking and timesheet app that helps us track their work hours, manage tasks, and bill clients accurately. It is essential for ensuring accurate client invoicing.
To record a voice note on Slack, first open the relevant channel or DM. Tap the message field and you will see a microphone icon. Tap the microphone icon and start recording. Once you have finished, tap the tick button to end your recording.
This function is always underrated. Try to get your client in the habit of using voice notes to send you a task, or notes from their meeting. It will save both of you SO much time.
