Real People First

Just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should!

It would be easy for us to automate a lot of our work. But we’re not going to do that because we know how frustrating it is to deal with bots instead of a highly trained and empathetic human being. A task as simple as calling your bank can become needlessly annoying, especially when that robot can’t actually help you!

We don’t want you to feel that way about our services, and that’s why we’re committed to our people-first ethos.

Relationships matter

Our people-first ethos isn’t just our philosophy; it’s the reason for our success. Building and maintaining successful, long-term relationships has helped us serve hundreds of happy clients over the years. That’s because by getting to know you personally, our VAs learn to anticipate your preferences and start providing the value-added service you come to rely upon.

While artificial intelligence can support our VAs’ work, we won’t be using it to replace the human interaction and thought that’s integral to our service.

We have been using Timpi for over 12 months now and not quite sure how we managed without them before! We started with one VA and after 12 months took another on - two extra pair of hands is a big help for getting tasks done. They are a super friendly team and very proactive. If a VA is off on holiday and we need extra cover, Timpi also help to provide holiday cover from another of the team's assistants. I can now focus my attention on building the business, knowing other important tasks are in the very capable hands of my amazing VA's! Highly recommend!

The team at Timpi were amazing! We were stuck abroad with no way of getting home after our car broke and I contacted them to see if they could help. It was a non-standard ask but Steph and Tamar swung into action to come up with options, investigate more detail and then deliver our chosen option. They kept us informed throughout and were very friendly, reassuring and supportive. Highly recommend!

Before I discovered the amazing Timpi, I was literally drowning and inundated with business and personal admin, invoices, spreadsheets, messages, emails, cash flow forecasts, the list goes on and on, literally everything that I hate about that side of being in business. I can now completely focus my attention to what I love doing the most, my actual job and building the business. I can now leave everything in the very capable hands of my amazing VA, Steph. She takes care of absolutely everything! I was a little cynical at the beginning as we’d only ever video call, but I can honestly say it works brilliantly and helps with the discretion side of running a business. I’m truly blown away by Michaela and Timpi.I was super concerned about handing my business over to a total stranger when I was heading off for a holiday. A few days in, I could see I had nothing to worry about.Work was done to a very good level, I had daily updates of things that happened, and a detailed handover when I was back from my holiday. She had to deal with some of the most difficult things that my business faces and she handled it perfectly.She did such a good job, that I’ve been left feeling I’ve missed something as I’ve had so little to do on my return.Highly recommend this service!

Looking into the future.

As AI develops, we will continue to consider how we can use it to make our work more efficient and to save our clients’ time. We’ll use it to help us work more quickly, but won’t rely on it to deliver our work. We like to think of it like an assistant for our VAs – certainly not a replacement!
