Yes. This is one of the things our household management clients find most valuable. Your VA can research and shortlist tradespeople, get quotes, coordinate access, manage schedules and act as the point of contact so you don’t have to be. If something isn’t right, they chase it. If a regular service falls through, they sort a replacement.
Not at all. Everything your VA does for your home is handled remotely. They communicate with suppliers and tradespeople on your behalf, manage bookings digitally and keep you updated however you prefer. Clients who travel regularly or work long hours find this particularly useful.
Your VA will flag anything time-sensitive straight away. You agree upfront how you’d like to be contacted and what counts as urgent, and they’ll act accordingly.
