By using the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you bought the Gift Card for someone else, then you must advise them that these terms and conditions are available online at www.timpi.co.uk/gift-cards. You should retain the original invoice number and gift card as these may be required to provide you with customer services, or to assist with errors, or if your Gift Card is lost or stolen.

The Gift Card is a prepaid gift card that is activated once purchased. It can only be used for purchasing virtual assistant services from Timpi. The Gift Card cannot be used at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions and does not allow cash out. The Gift Card is not a credit card and is not linked to a deposit account.

The Gift Card can only be activated once our booking form and terms of business have been agreed and signed. The Gift Card is made up of our Gift Card Terms & Conditions, the Booking form and our Terms of Business. Our Booking Form and Terms of Business can viewed by emailing hello@timpi.co.uk.

The minimum balance that can be loaded onto your Gift Card is £140. In certain situations, we may need to view your identity documentation before issuing a Gift Card to you, in order to comply with our obligations to identify our customer. There are no fees associated with the Gift Card unless you are permitted to receive a replacement Gift card in which case you will be advised of any such fees at the time you request it.

In the event that you wish to instruct the virtual assistant to work beyond the allocated hours, which exceeds the available balance on your Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance to Timpi by another method.

The Gift Card is not reloadable and is valid for three months from the date of purchase. Once the Gift Card is activated, the full balance must be used within 30 days. It cannot be used after expiry. At expiry, the remaining balance will be forfeited. We will not give you any notice before this happens.

The Gift Card cannot be used to obtain or redeem cash and cannot be used against any other purchases.

The Gift Card is like cash and cannot be replaced if misused, lost, stolen or damaged and no financial compensation scheme exists with respect to the Gift Card.

We may restrict or stop the use of the Gift Card if suspicious activities are noticed or we do not receive funds from you in the full amount of the activated balance on the Gift Card.

You are responsible for requesting timesheets and you can do so at any time. We reserve the right to correct the available balance of your Card if we believe a clerical or accounting error has occurred.
